For this last Friday in September, some vacation pics from my recent trip thru Northern California.
No photograph I can take will ever do a redwood tree justice, so there’s not many of those. Being in a redwood forest is like being inside and outside at the same time. It is magical and relaxing, and makes for a rad time.

Along the way I’ve been testing my one-of-a-kind sample of our new leather-handled totes. It’s held up great despite being the only bag I’ve used for a month. And I have to say those leather straps are mighty comfortable- they don’t slide off!
My obsession with wood continues. I love these juxtapositions of the wood rings with man-made scratches.
